I found an article posted on sherlie’s blog about how Philippines differs from any other country. I was impressed on the author, Martin Sutherland, because he really knows us best.

The article describes us being very exquisite and interesting because of the way we make our food and how we name them (like the ever famous adidas and helmet barbeque); and how we name ourselves with “door-bell names” (like dingdong) and “composite names” (like jejomar - for Jesus, Joseph and Mary).

First day.. I mean, first night in in our new account.  I’m in 9PM shift.  My body clock is saying to go to sleep.  So I have to do something to stay awake.  Hence, I have beat another record in minesweep!

I was editing pictures and want to resize and put borders on them. I want them all to be in uniform size (whether it’s horizontal or vertical). I asked my ever reliable kuya and taught me the power of Actions. This feature on Photoshop lets you record your commands and apply them to several of your pictures in just a few clicks.

When I first played this song with a guitar (way back high school days), I was so impressed with myself that I want to dedicate it to someone whom I would say ‘I Do’. Too bad, no one’s available.. hehe… But when I sang it again and felt the lyrics, it made me realize that the message is about love in general.

So I then decided to dedicate this to the most important person in my life.. my mom. The song is so applicable (especially the money part.. hihihi).. HAPPY MOM’s DAY!

While we still have the sun, my college friends thought of a summer getaway. We found www.bataanwhitecorals.com a good place to go.

Less crowded beach as if the shore is ours. The sand is not white but fine and clean. Yes, that’s me in the picture.

I like the warm saltwater pool. Again, pool is ours (and they’re not too strict on what you’re wearing).

You could also sail a boat to go to an island with white sand.

An extra trip to see marine turtles in pawikan conservatory.

Nice place to relax and unwind from dusk ’til dawn.
