This feature on Photoshop lets you record your commands and apply them to several of your pictures in just a few clicks. Here’s how to:

1. Find the Action palette, usually beside the History tab.
2. Click on the Create New Action icon.
3. You’ll be asked for a shortcut key for the new action (I called the new action as Frame H, with shortcut key Shift + F2).
4. Then press the Record button when you’re ready to save the steps, and press Stop if you’re finished.
If you don’t want to include a step on the action, no problemo.. just uncheck it and that will be skipped if you play the recorded action. When you open a new picture and want to apply the same steps on it, just press the shortcut key for the recorded action.
And if you want to apply the same command to several of your pictures, you can do it through Adobe Bridge. No need to open the pictures one by one on Photoshop. From the bridge, select all the pictures you want the actions to be applied and then do the following:
1. Click the Tools menu and then select Photoshop.
2. Select Image Processor.
3. Then the window will revert to Photoshop console, where an Image Processor window will ask you few questions just like the one below.

4. The Actions that you have recorded will be listed on the drop-down menu under the Preferences.
5. Press on the Run button. No need to do anything. Just wait and all the pictures you’ve selected will get the applied actions.
